Jerod was the tech for our job and was very courteous and helpful. He did a fine job and our carpets look wonderful.
My window of service was from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. I was distraught when Luis arrived at 2:00 pm as my cat had been locked away since 9:00 am. She was very distressed. Luis cleaned 4 rooms in less than 30 min but I had removed nearly every stick of furniture. I liked the way the carpet dried quickly. The very best part of the service came when I called regarding my broken ADT sign. Brad understood my concern and immediately had it replaced. It may appear to be a small thing but we have had multiple burglaries in this area. Thank you Brad for caring. Because Brad understood my concerns, I will try using Zerorez in the future.

The quality of the carpet cleaning is great. The man who cleaned the carpet, Shannon, was even early for my appointment (after calling to be sure it was OK to come early). He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me lots of good information about carpet and tile care.
Great results for what I thought couldn't be done on my very dirty carpets. The true test was how great the finish product looked after it drys🤗
I was impressed by the service person, Jay who was very knowledgeable of the treatments. The actual cleaning products left a nice pleasant smell, not chemical smelling.

The cleaning that was done was Great, the Kitchen was to be free as an example was told after the drying process all would be clean must have missed under the kitchen table. I'd have to say the worst part is out in front of the house the street is now stained where the Van was parked. Looks like the van was washed and it stained the street. That's how big the stain is. Just drive by the house look at the street it's that obvious. I was hoping after it dried it would go away even the street Cleaner couldn't clean this. Please feel free to stop by and take look.
I have had my Carpets done 3 times and this last experience was the best, the young man that did the work was a respectful and a very hard worker, he did such a good job , I am very happy with my carpet

Rob was professional.
I was charged for pet stains from the previous owner that were visable with a blacklight that your employees showed me, promising these would be broken up and gone, yet after the treatment and cleaning they were still there and when I said "you told me they would be gone" he said "oh well, I tried". I paid $70 for something I did not even know was there until he got a blacklight, promised those blacklight stains would be gone and then told "oh well". I feel it is a scam.

I liked my technician, Jared (?). He was friendly and just a really nice guy. My carpets look great right now but they were done yesterday. Why don't you guys give me a call in two weeks and we'll see how it's holding up?
