While cleaning, the technician could wear those plastic foot coverings so as not to track dirt during the process. An explanation of the process and how it can improve carpet and tile life would be very beneficial. Also any suggestions to keep carpet and tile quality last longer would've been great.

After a big rain in Las Vegas, it was necessary to have my area rugs cleaned. I was concerned that they would have a nasty smell and need replaced. They turned out great! No after smell, and the process was quick. I've used Zerorez twice now, and I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend.

The fact that there isn't any harmful chemicals is a bonus. I understand the process of using alkaline water as a cleaning agent.
Your service tech was amazing -- Carpets look brand new - and he even cleaned up a small area of tile -- I'll be back, you can count on that.
I was extremely pleased with the chairs but there are still spots on the carpet that I thought would have disappeared. The young man worked extremely hard and I think if two people had been working - one on chairs and one on carpet then it would have been a lot better.
We have a baby and with a closer look at the floor there are a number of spots that still have baby food residue. I know this can be difficult to clean but I figured it it would have been cleaned a bit better.

I like the quality of the cleaning as well as the service. Excellent customer service, very professional and the carpets always look like new afterward. We have dogs too and I love that the cleaning solution is safe for them.
