The rates were competitive and service was performed quickly. Our carpets still felt soft after having them cleaned.
Your office contact was most courteous and informative when I called to schedule. Then Brian came and restored sanity to our home!! He was extremely helpful and informative, as well as knowledgeable as to what the old carpet's prospects were. His work was exceedingly well done and the carpet looks and smells even better than an old cat lady and animal rescuer had any right to expect. I felt so "un-chemical'd" and still do. I like that the company doesn't use any harsh chemicals or soap to clean the carpets. My carpets haven't been this fluffy or clean in a long time, they look and feel brand new. We loved the staff and how professional and friendly they were.

Carpets we're cleaned but as I was vacuuming after carpets were dry there is still quite a bit of dirt and dog hair leftover .... ice had carpets cleaned in the pst from other companies and didn't have this problem

The carpet was still damp and 12 hours later. The carpet needs to be cleaned again for the pet odor which was not guaranteed. I've use chem dry for years. I'll be going back to it.
The techinician was pleasant, efficient and informed us of different services available - was not pushy about it. He did an excellent job and we were very satisfied with how clean our carpet looked.

I would give more than a 10 if you had it to choose! I just purchased a townhouse that needs lots of work and the carpet and tile grout were very soiled and had an odor and I am sensitive so had to have them cleaned before I could even paint and do work in the townhome. Luis Meza and Shannon came on Monday to do my carpets and tile. I opted not to do my air ducts that day and after they finished my floors and had left I changed my mind so Luis Meza and Matthew Herrera came back on Tuesday to do them. I can not say enough good things about your employees, their professionalism, knowledge of product and their upbeat and energetic style. It was a blessing to have them in my home . . . . and that is only part of it . . . the carpet is actually three colors and Luis told me it was really good carpet and I was thinking I would have to replace it! It looks brand new now! The grout in the tile floors I thought was chocolate brown and after Luis and Shannon cleaned it it was actually light grey and I was thinking I was going to have to have it cut out and regrouted at some point. Yea!! THEN the next day the air ducts . . . Oh my gosh EVERYONE should have this done! What Luis and Matthew got out of the air ducts was no less than totally amazing. My friend who never comments on anything the next day said to me how fresh the townhouse smelled and before the cleaning it had a definite odor. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
