The carpet cleaning and guy who did that was great. The scheduled time and the way that was handled was not so great. The customer service level of the lady who called to change the time went way down when I said I couldn't make the later time she wanted to change the time to... which was hours later than the time window they gave.
No smell awesome job very happy about service.employees were very nice.

I was not here when your staff was but was surprised at the 35$ pet fee . So not sure if they fully explained it to my husband that it wa 35 per room
The carpets come really clean.
1st apt was 3 plus hrs late and ended up being done at night. I did pay for pet odor removal and the apt had to be resheduled due to the fact that the smell was still fragrant. For the 2nd apt, I asked that the tech have a blk light to find all pet stains and was told that they would make sure the tech had one. Well the 2nd apt was 2 hrs late and no blk light. I was told we could reschedule by the tech. This has been a complete disregard for my time and possibly a waist of money
I totally enjoy the texture and complete clean look of my carpeting now. I have been totally pleased the three times I've had your company do my carpets, tile and painted garage floor.
I also appreciate that your employees wear covering over their own shoes, so that they do not bring unnecessary items in from other jobs that maybe had excessive dirt, germs and animals or regular street dirt & tar .
