Ask if weverything have pets when scheduling appointment. I was so sad when Jesus got here and informed me doing any pet treatment would more than double the price. I would have loved to do the pet treatment but got the no go from my budget boy.

Carpets appear clean, Rob the Technician did a great job and was very pleasant.
Some of the stains did not come out at all. And some stains are starting to come back.

i didnt like the lines that the cleaner made in the carpet i think that the carpet could have been raked to smooth the lines out .this is the first time this has happened
The Technician, Wil, went above and beyond to get stains out of my carpet. He cared about doing an excellent job, not just to get job done and get out. He was very courteous. Next year I would like to have him back when it is time once again to clean my carpet. Everyone with whom I have dealt has always been very helpful in setting up appointments and answering my questions. You are truly a very service oriented company. Thank you
The service man that did the work was very knowledgeable about the issues related to the waiting area and told us that with the next two to three cleanings we should see a marked improvement ... so far, things look great ... thanks!!

I really liked how clean the carpets and tile got. Dee was the young man that did the cleaning and he was great. I will request him next time.

Carpet is beautifully clean, even pet stains. And it was dry within a couple of hours. Service tech was on time, very courteous and professional.
Professional individual, didn't make a mess!!!
I was happy with the technician but unhappy with the process. A week after the cleaning the spots reappeared. The section of the stairs that were cleaned were a different shade after cleaning than the portion of the carpet that was uncleaned. It wasn't a different color because it was cleaner. I have family that have used your company and they have been satisfied. Unfortunately, I am not. For days after the process I could smell chemicals.

I was amazed at the difference in my floor after Zerorez had performed their services. The technicians were unable to clean it to their standards after initial treatment so they called their supervisor who came out immediately and provided them with the product needed to complete the job. Everyone was friendly and stayed with it until the job was done. I am so thankful that they didn't give up on me or my floor until we were all completely satisfied. The best customer service I have had in Las Vegas with any of my residential services! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone in need of their services.
