Friendly,professional.carpet looks like new and smells fresh and clean.
No up sell agreed upon booking and on work order. Tech noted this but still tried with a demo, which would have increased the cost considerably. Because we did not fall for this he was most unwilling to move any small unbreakable item. Never placed plastics under any item after Son moved them back. Horrible Service worst than any other company. Requested discount from mgmt. DENIED.
WOULD LIKE TO BE OFFERED FREE CLEANING IN 6 MONTHS WITH A DIFFERENT TECH.

Juan was VERY knowledgeable and helped to explain exactly what was happening what to watch for and how to handle smaller rug spills in future. Went beyond and discussed the air filter and best way to clean and replace. Both I think (Anthony was his partner) WAS very precise in his "Attack" of this horrible carpet. Both worked very hard.

I have used Zerorez before. I never was charged a driving fee ($8) before and no mention of that charge was made when I set the appointment. Also, before, there was no difference in the price of doing a wall to wall carpeted room and an area rug. I still don't understand that. Also, I had a coffee stain next to my bed. I went to check it after they finished my room and could still see a faint graying of the carpet. They said that the stain had been there a while and that getting in and out of bed caused wear on the fibers, etc and that why the stain was still there, though faint. I requested they go over it again. When they did, the stain was removed. The carpet in that room is only a couple of years old and is not a cheap carpet. I knew that there couldn't be much wear and tear and that the stain could be removed. Surprised they tried to tell me differently.
Water marks from dragging hoses over our travertine floors left after cleaning. They should have been cleaned up. If they had been cleaned up the score would have been 10.

Nothing, the person doing the work was wonderful and the value was good. The price per foot for cleaning grout is a bit high but we were satisfied with the quality of the work done.

The guys were great and very quick, but it seems they were too quick. There's still a stain leftover. I think they could have gotten it out (or reduced it significantly) if they spent a bit more time on it.
I had a bad experience with Zerorez a few months ago but because I had such great experiences with you all in the past I decided to give you all one more try.
Issue 1) When walking around with the technician explaining what I wanted done he had blacklight (?) flashlight of some sort and kept asking me about pet stains. Some of the carpet that was going to be cleaned was very old and yes the previous owners I'm sure had pet stains but there are non visible to me and while I have a pet, I had NO pet stain concerns and yet he kept asking me...??? Issue 2) On the newer carpet that we replaced about a year ago there was one spot that my son spilled applesauce and it left the carpet crunchy (no stain) but instead of me scrubbing it I figured it was about time that a good carpet cleaning was due so I decided to let you all handle it. The technician saw it with his flashlight thing and I pointed it out and yet the carpet remains dirty in that spot...so I guess I'll be cleaning it anyway...
Issue 3) In my main family room is the only place that I had moved any furniture around and I myself pulled the two small couches (not heavy) and lazy boy chair in to the middle of the room. I told him to please do the outside area and them move them back. Yet when I returned home the couches were still in the middle of the room and the carpet underneath them dry. Which of course is the most used carpet spot in the house...
Issue 4) My carpets were VERY WET. One of the reasons I remember loving your company was that my carpets weren't soaking wet like they were when I used other cleaning companies. I understand that different carpets probably hold water differently so I'm not sure that the tech. did a bad job or just that my carpets stay wet longer than my previous carpets, but still with fans all over my house running and windows open and it being 85 degree's outside I expected better dry time.
So after spending $260 plus I left a $20 cash tip, because I was not going to be home when he left, and I assumed he would do a great job, I will be finding a different company to clean my carpets.
Carpet didn't come out clean. For the amount of money I paid, I'm not happy.
