You don't use standard soap to clean
Zerorez is so Awesome! Rep was professional, respectful, quick, but not rushed!! My carpet is 20 years old, has been cleaned before several times and has never come out looking so clean/new-looking before. So impressed! It also dried pretty quick, too, so all around impressive! We paid a little bit more, but so worth it!!!!! No comparison with other companies I've used as far as results!!
The carpets get and stay clean with Zerorez. The process is quick and my carpets dry within hours.
The carpet by the front door was wet for 2 days, I was wiping up with towels and lots of it was pet urine that wasn't extracted but was treated.

I have used zerorez for a few years and am always pleased with the service from beginning to end. I have a Rainbow vacuum and love that I don't have suds in my water tank after vacuuming cleaned carpets. They always do a great job and don't try to change the charge once they see your carpet.
I like everything about your service! From the phone call for the appointment to the end result. Will was my technician this time! He seriously cares about the company and his stork! He has drive and perfection gone nag for him he should be recognized as a valuable employees! I will ask for him again and refer him to my friends! I will never use smother company !
Your bait and switch and up sell tactics are just short of criminal. I will encourage anyone I come in contact with electronically or personally to stay away from zerorez at all cost.
You quoted one rate over the phone and when your tech showed up tried to charge us double. After 2 days the house smell like wet dog. Thisbthe worst service I had ever experienced
