I gave my feed back in a text immediately after it was done.i would have given you a ten if you didn't keep bugging me with surveys. I don't like surveys. Our service provider, Wil was great.

All the zero residue and stuff sounded great, but after the carpet is all dried aout, I don't see any difference than normal steam cleaning.

My carpet is old, & cheap quality. its original carpet when house was built. It had been DIY shampooed several times. For well over two year's I have heard zerorez commercial's on talk radio 720AM. on my way home I passed zerorez store on Dean Martin Rd, decided to call, schedule appointment.
When the tech's started, I asked about the process, to wit was totally explained, they told me they use high alkaline Ph water. To which I am familiar with alkaline drinking water. As I observed, I was simply blown away what I was observing. Even though this is cheap carpet,
it simply looked brand new. I plan to replace this carpet, but for now I feel I can hold off for 12 months. I also had the A/C air ducks cleaned. Needless to say, the tech's at zerorez, did a fabulous job, on carpet & air ducks.
I most definitely, highly recommend this company and the method they use. I am 100%.100% satisfied. I will be using zerorez again.

Luis was very professional and explained my options clearly. This is the second house that Luis has done for us and he did a great job in both. His assistant Victor, was very nice too and worked just as hard. The ducts in this house were awful and Luis took a before and after picture for me on my phone. Wow, what a difference. The tile they cleaned turned out beautiful too!

The person I spoke with and person who came to do the work were both very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we are very happy with the result. Our old carpet hasn't looked this good for a long time.

This is written in regards to your technician Jacob Webb. We heard on the radio a special rate: 3 rooms of carpeting for $29.99 per room plus 100 SQ feet of tile cleaned for free. This is what we told him we wanted done, but somehow he came up with a charge of $379.00. He kept telling us that he was going to do various things free of charge if I would have this that and the other thing done. We told him that we did not intend to spend $379.00 then he changed the bill to $248.00 and kept changing the pricing. This bantering went on for over 1/2 hr. finally I asked him to leave, he informed us that his tech (the person with him was a very good guy) had already sprayed two rooms of carpeting and that he would have to complete the service for a minimum fee of $95.00 so we agreed to let him do the third room. At one point I had had threaten to call the police he was so defiant and argumentative we were beyond frustrated. NEVER NEVER send Mr. Webb to our home for any carpet or tile cleaning.
