Duct cleaning service was not inexpensive, for the cost I expected better clean-up than received. I had to clean dust and debris from the furniture and floors after the crew left. Also had to wash handprints from the wall and dragging the vacuum hose through the house resulted in a large scratch on the front door. Disappointed in the service.

Very friendly and my carpets smell and look great. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the price for cleaning a rug and not really seeing much of a difference. However, overall I was pleased and would reccomend the carpet cleaning to others.

You're advertisement does not mention a eight dollar transportation fee. And you mention a guarantee in your mailers but it does not mention that it only applies to deep cleaning. This is unethical in my opinion.
