Thorough and knowledgeable technician, explained the process and what was needed to get our carpets clean.
I like that the product is safe for animals and it sure does clean the carpet and make it look like new again. It takes away all the traffic dirt and when walking on it, it feels like new carpet (nice and soft). I had tried several other companies before finding zerorez several years ago and would never use anyone else again.
The service is excellent also. They are on time and are very curteous and do a wonderful job.

The man who did the cleaning of our carpet was very nice and explained what he was going to do. My house smelled so nice and the carpet was beautiful.

$399 for two one bedroom apartments is extremely steep. I feel they guy new I was in a hurry to get them done, as I was only in town for 2 days. There are people who do these units at $25 a room which make the total $75 . I know you are a chain etc and advertise so you are going to be higher in price no problem nut more than twice the price not good. PLUS having me sign an invoice that states there is no guarantee, my fault for not reading it but to me very unprofessional. Won't use you again sorry.

I have noticed the last few times I have had my carpets cleaned there appears to be a lot of add on charges to get the carpet cleaned to my satisfaction. I didn't experience that in the first few years I was a client of Zerorez. Maybe provide a list of all of the charges for all the different cleaning and protection options at the time of setting the appointment. When I first started getting my carpet cleaned the price was very reasonable, the last time it seemed high for the same service I had received in the past.

Your two technicians were very friendly and informative. I especially like the fact that my carpets seem to dry much faster and be cleaner than other professional cleaners. I had them do my air vents, but I haven't had on my air or furnace yet. So don't know what a difference
that might make yet.

We like the fact that Zerorez uses no soap. The carpet and tile looks like new each time. Jacob was very detailed in the services we needed and what he could provide. He answered our questions and also gave us some great tips in keeping the carpet looking good longer. We would request Jacob the next time we need Zerorez!
