Ryan & his partner arrived ahead of time. We took a walk thru they told me about problem areas what they would do to take care of them.
They cleaned area I picked out for a test clean. If I didn't like it they would leave but it was beautiful so they did all carpets in the house.
They also cleaned the tile floors.
They are very professional.

Carpets seem very clean and we like the "chemical free" concept of cleaning. Appointments are easy to schedule and technicians are very polite.
The treatment did not eliminate the pet soiling. The pet stains can still be seen with a black light. The tech indicated that it might take a few days for it to dissipate but it has not. I went with the higher priced treatment to deal with this ($357). Otherwise I would have gone with a much cheaper service. I will be calling to see what remedy you might recommend.
