The carpet cleaning itself was really good. The tech that came out was obviously trying a little too hard to gain my business, but he was very thorough. He was also a little scattered when it came to the billing and services provided. I have not had an opportunity to use a blacklight and check the thoroughness of all the work. The tech also caused some damaged to a piece of furniture- nothing a little wood marker won't fix, but an accident. I really like the cleanliness of the carpet, the fact that there is no smell or residue, and how quickly they dried.
We were told it was going to be 29 a room. Once the guy showed up he then told us it was an additional $35 PER stain!! We were also given 100 sqft of tile for free. When we asked him to quote the remaining tile the price shot up to $360 just for the tile on top of the 229 for the carpet. Very misleading and very disappointing. The biggest disappoint was when I got home to see the carpet and all the stains that we paid extra for ARE STILL THERE!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER use Zerorez again.
How it removed previous soap and residue from previous carpet cleaning services used over the years. I am certainly a believer in how clean a carpet can be using Zerorez. These carpets are over 20 years old and never looked so good.
The Tech's Ryan and Shannon were great and very respectful first off and the finished product was better than expected. We will definitely use Zerorez for future services.

Juan and Mike came to my house to clean my carpets and floor tiles. They were very efficient and friendly to boot. Got right down to work. I could tell they liked doing their work. They were very thorough and the quality of the finished product is high. The carpets look like new again. My house smells fresh and clean. Thank you.
