The team worked together to get the job done. I added on to our scope of work because I saw from the free 10X10 tile the result of the work so we added the tile in the kitchen too. We will use them again.

I like that the service person was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me options as well.
I love zerorez carpet cleaning because when you walk on the carpet it's like you are walking on new carpet ,it feel so clean ,fresh and they look good.
the service was prompt carpet were dry by 10 pm that night the technician was very informative about keeping it clean .

Chris was very professional, explained everything and did not leave any unnecessary water residue.
The high traffic area which had not responded well to previous cleanings is looking better most places, but there still seems to be some residue from poor service a couple years ago.
(I am hoping, that the next 'go-around' will clear that up.)

You charge too much for upholstery cleaning. $188 for a 6 ft couch and 4 ft love seat? And in told sanatizing is extra? Switching back to Stanley Steemer after 15 yrs.
Why don't you have specials on upholstery cleaning like you do carpet. People but from estate sales and want their slightly used furniture cleaned and sanatized. Don't nickel and dime your customers, be their go to cleaners at a flat rate. 50 to 75 an item. The more the cheaper with a $100 minimum. Do estate / Craigslist cleansing sales marketing.
