I like both Juan and Anthony. Even thoughbit was late they came out and explained the process of cleaning the air ducts. He also had great follow through regarding my carpet smelling weird and said he would put in a request for free cleaning it and also for my free tile cleaning

I had the tile floors steamed and they look so nice. I also had some dining fabric covered chairs steam cleaned as well as the Master BDRM carpet cleaned and they too look great. Your technician, Mike Jacobs was a very nice and pleasant young man. This has nothing to do with him. I feel like your pricing is out of line. What started out at $186 turned into $295, your upsell is unacceptably high. I've never paid that much to have carpets cleaned in my life, especially when you don't even clean the whole room by going around the beds and dressers and couches. I had an 8 X 10 area rug my wife wanted cleaned and at first I was quoted $80 just to clean that rug and when I balked at that price it was magically lowered to $40, how is that possible. Anyway, thank you but I will be a bit more frugal next time around. Once again, Mike was terrific.

I really needed to get my couch clean and with two little ones I wanted it to be done chemical free. My couch looks brand new again they did such a wonderful job. I also had them clean my tile and grout, the grout was almost black from dirt build up and now it’s back to its original color. I am a very pleased customer. The staff that came was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Tough stains that hadn't been removed before were removed, entire carpet was lighter and cleaner. I was very satisfied.

The worker from your company was very helpful in suggesting what the carpet needed and work by himself and restored our carpet to look brand new. The service rep for your company was the best that we have used. The product used did exactly like he told my wife and I how it would restore the old carpet and renew our new carpet in our living room. Professional and friendly people. Fairly priced. Prompt service. The only downside is the carpet was still damp more than 12 hours later. I also was not advised during the initial booking on the phone that we couldn’t walk on it for six hours. That presented a problem because it was an invalid in the home.
