They arrived on the schedule time and it didn't take very long to get the job done .
Our carpet was full of pet stains. Not only did they identify where they were but removed all of them. It looks brand new and the whole house smells better also. They were efficient and friendly. We will used only Zerorez from now on.

Zerorez always does a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and tile. The employees are hard working and very polite. We only use Zerorez - they are the best!
After my carpet dried, I noticed some discoloration.
Also the tech left scratches and marks on the railing from the hoses.
