The gentlemen that came to my house yesterday were so professional and thorough!! They cleaned by stone floors in my bathrooms and all of my wool throw rugs. my home looks brand new!!! Love Zerorez!!!
Overall I am happy with the service. The only negative thing I had was when I said I didn't want to spend more money to pay for coating, your staff said " are you that broke? You worked for xxx hotel!"
Just because a person doesn't want to spend money on something, doesn't mean the person is broke.
Please train your staff to be careful on voicing their opinions on things other than about carpet cleaning business.
Chris arrived on time and did a great job. Are light-colored carpets look like new. Pet smells are gone! We are very pleased and Chris was very pleasant and professional

Nov 30, 2017 your technician moved a plate glass topped parsons table leaving it in such a precarious position that the top crashed to the floor breaking into several pieces. You are getting a bad referral because management was unwilling to help compensate the loss. And told me, the client, that I was lying!
You need to apologize to me and my wife and offer some sort of compensation for our loss.

Carlos did a fantastic job on our carpets. He explained in detail the processes and recommended the protectant, which we did. We were very pleased with our carpets and stairs afterward. We will definitely call Zerorez again. And ask for Carlos!

Great professional affordable service!
Your marketing material I received in the mail had a picture of grey carpet, and your company turning it white again. My carpet was not nearly that dirty, and a beige color, and you could not even get it looking clean. Also, there were two spots that on the carpet that you told me your sprays couldn't get out. My wife got bought a cheap carpet cleaner and it came right out. The last time I cleaned my carpet I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowes and I was able to clean the carpet better than what your service provided. I was very disappointed in your service. My landlord was very upset at the job you did. Our land lord hired another company to come out, and the carpet came out super clean. He also took that carpet cleaning fee out of our deposit, because we moved out. If you would like to make it right you can refund our money for your poor service.

I really loved using Zerorez! I had heard the commercial on the radio several times and so when I moved into our new home I wanted to make sure my carpets were real clean. So I decided to give them a try... I had a fast move in, so I called them less than one week notice, in hopes I could get someone out right away. Well they booked me on the day I needed, showed up when promised, very nice and professional and great customer service!! Great low cost!!! Very happy and I will use them again! Lol like the commercial says..Thanks Zerorez!!
Very pleased with the grout. Much improved over previous cleaning. As the grout is very light, realize not easy to achieve those results.

Pretty expensive for my little house.
Certain spots we're taking off but I expected them to all go away so I had to ask if he could go over them but I think he should have tried his best if a few of them went away there's three spots that didn't so I felt like he needed to do them again but he didn't and for what he did it's two little bathrooms saying it was a room I just was surprised I am having two more rooms done maybe next week but I hope he can fix those spots when he comes I will surely would appreciate it
