Appointment was easly made. Quote/date/time given. Technican called prior to arrival time asking if he come earlier and when he did he completed the job in record tme. Everything was SMOOTH & PROFESSIONAL. Thank you Chris.
No soap residue and the carpet scrubber
Zach did a fantastic job. He called before he came. Rugs look great and he even cleaned some tile for free so we could make a decision about cleaning all the tile in our home in the near future, I could not be happier.

The technician that cleaned my house was awesome. The team of employees that these folks hire are clean, respectful, and professional. I was shown services that accomodated my needs. The grout on my tile and the carpet upstairs were left like new. I had freshly painted walls, and care was taken to be mindful of any scuffs from their equipment. Highly support their service.
Todd the technician was very professional and courteous, he explained everything and did a thorough efficient job. I’m very pleased with the service.
The carpets were cleaned well. I had one trouble spot that I had the technician go over again- it didn’t come out. But there was a white residue left on the carpet - I tried to get it out - I might call next week if it doesn’t come out. The technician was very helpful and professional.

Carpets come clean with a minimum of water and drying time. It;s better than Stanley Steamer and Chem Dry, we've tried them all and can only recommend Zerorex. Brian worked hard by the way.
