Our carpet and tile looked amazing after our cleaning and the tech was even able to get a deep set stain out of the carpet that I'd been staring at for months. We will definitely call again!
I just don’t like when I’m quoted a price and then told I need to add another treatment and it doubles the price especially when ithe service took an hour to do. Everyone needs to make a profit but $540+ an hour seems a little much

More bundles. The bill was WAY more than I expected. I wish I could clean my carpets more often.
When I called to say my son's room still had pet odor, they came out the next day to do something else to his room. It was very chemically but the odor was gone. This was a nice added bonus.
First time Customer.Service was performed as requested. Technican cleaned 3 rooms carpet and Ceramic tile floors. Grout cleaned up very nicely.Carpet was also fine. Price was Good for the work performed. Very satisfied.

I thought the price of the service was a little on the high end. I have no basis of comparison. I went with Zerorez based on the advertising I heard on the local ESPN radio station.
Having said that, the service was excellent and we are happy with the results.

The service from the two gentlemen who came to clean my chairs was wonderful! They explained everything they could do to clean the yellow from my chairs before they went to work. They were extremely polite and careful in their work. They came out the same day I called and that was wonderful! Would recommend them to any of my friends for cleaning!
