I used Zerorez to clean my carpets a little more than a year ago and had them clean my carpets again the other day. They always do a great job and I will continue to use them in the future.
Technician was very nice. I like the idea of no soap, however there was one spot that didn't get completely clean.

I think the cost was too high for the amount of time spent. In addition, I only needed 2 rooms done and one of those rooms was a bedroom where only the walkways were done.

My carpets were very dirty....but NO LONGER! Zerorez did a beautiful job on them. The technicians were prompt, professional and polite.
Leslie was professional, personable, and on time. She took the time to answer all my questions and go over the pricing before any work was one. I recommended Zerorez before my floors were finished. The floors look great. I am totally impressed. See you when they need cleaning again.

Able to fit me in with in a few hours!! Made the cat urine and vomit stains disappear and the carpet looks new and smells fresh again, thanks zerorez!!

We are very disappointed the guy only had 3 rooms and only around a bed. Very simple my neighbor was going to use you but everyone was super disappointed it looked WORST than before. Plus he was a little upset that i did not pay the xtra $50. We all believe that it was only water an soap but it turned out terrible. I would like my $107 back what a waste of money i cant even afford ! Terrinle job !! Please send me my $ back. Also we could not understand why he was in ea room 4 quite awhile ???

They did a wonderful job. There were a lot of normal long term soil.
