The tech was prompt and very nice. He did a great job going back over the cost of each thing that would be done before he started. The carpets and tile came out great. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again without a doubt. Overall a great experience from booking over the phone and the friendly staff there to them coming to my house in person everyone was so nice and accommodating.
We are very happy with the results, but have a concern.
We have used Zerorez numerous times, and the total cost had been $107.00 The recent cleaning charge was increased to $197.00 by the technician after a quote of $140.00 when I scheduled the service by telephone.
I will have to reconsider using the service in the future even though I like the results.
They called when they were 20 minutes away and were on time! My window was between 10a-1pm so I was very happy to have them arrive at 10:40am. Having 2 people was great because they completed 3 rooms, 1 with extra sanitation from pet accidents and my stairs in less than an hour. Thanks!
Your products are pleasant but get the grime and other soils out totally. The technicians really know there stuff. My little Havanese had a messy accident. There is lots of stress going on. The technician told me what to do, before calling them if she has a "whoops" again. I am very grateful. The carpet looks great!!
