The carpet was not clean after. And apparently you guys only use “water”. This is what your technician said. I don’t even know what you did and what I paid $300 for. I still have stains in my carpet that were promised to get out. It still smells very bad and and it is still very dirty. Such a waste of money. Thieves. I threw away $300 to your thieves. And to think that I chose this company over Stanley steamer because of a recommendation from a friend of an employee. Your reviews are probably bogus and from your employees. Shame on you guys. Especially during a time like this when every penny counts!
