The technician, Casey, was courteous and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough. As a single mom, it’s hard to let strangers into my home but his demeanor made it much easier...almost like I’d known him for a long time. I was grateful for his time.

Juan Mesa did a great job! I had carpets and porcelain tile cleaned. He explained in detail the procedures and was very careful with my furniture. The carpet and tile flooring looks great. When I decide to have my carpet and tile done in the future, I want Juan to be my technician!
Casey was very professional and did a great job on our carpets including the stairs and rug. I like that the dry time was minimal and my dog could be in the house and on the carpet due to safe cleaning methods.
