We are a repeat customer. We had Zerorez come back for the second time. This is because we like the first service done to our house. We specifically requested technician "Scott" to come in the second time. The powered water (no harsh chemicals) and top of the line steam equipment is nice but the major reason to keep customers like us is the customer service experience provided by the face of the company (their technicians). "Scott" was very professional, friendly, respectful of our property, takes time to explain everything, flexible, does a great job on our carpet and tiles, easy to work with overall. He provides suggestions but never pushes us to get additional service that we don't want. That's why we are getting him for the third time (to do our grout cleaning and sealing on next appointment). I recommend Zerorez to everyone if they can get a technician like Scott. Sorry for those who didn't get a good first experience with Zerorez. Give them a second chance and let them send another technician who can give you the best customer service possible. You will be a repeat customer like us.
I am so happy with the service. No crunchy carpet Left Behind. Walking barefoot on it feels like a brand new carpet. Justin the technician was fantastic. We'll definitely use Zerorez again for the rest of my house in the near future.
