It wasn't that you disappointed me, the representative was awesome, I just felt that my carpets in general didn't look any cleaner other than the main section in which I called about. I just felt I paid a lot and maybe my expectations were too high for the price.

I have used Zerorez numerous times and have been pleased. This time, the person that did the job did not do a good job, there are several places that the spots did not come out and the heavy traffic area did not get extra cleaning. He charged me $ 177.00 and it was to be $ 99.00 for three rooms with free hallway. I am not complaining about the price so much (even though we only have areas around the beds in the two bedrooms and the living rom/dining area cleaned around the furniture that is in there), I just want the job done right. We have a cat that is 17 years old and vomits quite a bit and always before they were able to clear any spots that had not been completely cleaned by me. I was very disappointed this time.
The regular cleaning process gets rid of stains from pets,spills and dirt and makes. The carpet which we thought might have to be replaced looks great.

Estimators made appt for 8 a.m. Crew didn't show up until 9:30. Estimators said it would take 2 hours to do carpet and tile, and 1 more hour for ducts. Workers were here for 6 hours. Workers were excellent and we are very happy with the job they did. However, the two estimators need to be more truthful, or more realistic. Also, when I called to find out why the crew had not showed up at 8a.m., the gentleman I spoke to on the phone told me that it was a long way from Henderson to North LV. The time should have been taken into account at the time of the est. He then said there is always a lot of traffic at that time of the morning. Also should have been taken into account, but Strip is closed, schools are closed and traffic is light. He then said perhaps they needed to stop for gas. Should have been taken care of the day before. Customer Service on the phone needs to be improved as well.

I found everyone I dealt with to be very polite and helpful. My carpet cleaner was Michael. He was very professional, efficient and very kind. I am very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. Michael did suggest a deeper cleaning as traffic areas were quite soiled and I did purchased the deeper cleaning. I was amazed at how those soiled traffic areas got as clean as they are. I have already suggested Zerorez to a family member. Thank you to all the staff at Zerorez for your professionalism, politeness and efficiency. You are the best!!
Fast and my carpet looks brand new!
My $33.00 a room turned into $194.00 for three rooms because one rug was an area rug. It made no difference to me that the rug was not wall to wall. We were going to take it to Savers and get a new one. Also the price of cleaning the couch, love seat and chair was way too much. It's an old set and my 2 1/2 year old grandson plays and eats on the love seat. I just felt a quick once over, no deep cleaning, would have sufficed.
They are not nearly as wet as other cleaners and restore the carpets look after being cleaned. There is no strong perfume oder left behind. Just a clean carpet.
