It worked

Great job and very professional.

At first I overlooked the dark lines left thinking they would dry evenly but they didn't. While my carpet needed cleaning, I walk on it in stocking feet leaving shoes at the door so it wasn't that dirty. Yet, the man should have gone over it twice since there were dark streaks. I asked him to go over the entry again and it turned out very nice. So the room should have been gone over 2 times. I think the streaks were the distance between swipes done once with the wand.

You have been to my house 3 times and all of your people have been great.

Carpets look good. They marked up most of my white baseboards and entry door jam with their equipment. Most I will be able to paint over but a few baseboards have chunks taken out. They worked really fast so and obviously valued quantity (speed) over quality.

Make it affortable. Elderly persons on a fixed income of social security would benefit greatly for this service. As we age we can no longer keep our home as clean as we use to. If affordable on the limited money it would be great to get things cleaned.

Zerorez did a great job on my carpet the young man was very nice, and he was finish before I knew it. I will be calling zerorez to clean my carpets again it was a great price.

How well my carpets and upholstery is cleaned.

The cleaning of the grout in the tile floors was a big disappointment. Upon completion of the job, the serviceman said that certain areas of the grout would appear darker than other areas until they were completely dry. While some areas of tile in both the kitchen and bathroom look fine, there are portions that look like very little, if any, effort was expended.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Chris and his partner explained the procedures, pricing and also walked me through the after care. They were kind and courteous.

Zerorez did an excellent job. They came early. John was very professional and answered all questions. He went above our expectations. I will recommend Zerorez and John to family and friends .
