I 100% can count on Zerorez keeping my carpet clean and free from all dirt and grime collected over a short time.
Gary was a spectacular service guy who showed he really cared about me and my family's wellbeing in making sure to get out all the dirt and spots we had.
For real I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company out there and I'm sure there's a few good ones but good vs SPECTACULAR "ZEROREZ" is a no brainer!

Zachary was very pleasant and professional. He recommended ways for me to take better care of my carpets. He offered services to improve my carpets. He was willing to move tables that were too heavy for me to move. Carpets looked fabulous when he was finished. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

There were still a couple of stains that were not taken care of. I believe it was too pricey for what was done. It was left pretty wet when they left, I was hoping it was a little dryer. However the guys were very pleasant, they put their booties on and they asked me if I wanted them to wear their mask which I agreed too.
Definitely gotten the stain and urine smell out.. kudos to dan & will.. informative and knowledgeable in explaining to me how carpet is all about

There was white residue drops on my steps that they cleaned. Everything else was perfect
They did a good job but the extra cost for the higher traffic areas was excessive.
