I had my carpets cleaned for the first time with Zerorez and was very happy with the professionalism the company and its representatives showed. After getting my service I called because the carpet didn’t look how I thought it could and they came a second time and redid the job. Not representatives were very courteous, worked in a neat manner, no mess, no wade of time!!
Be more honest in advertising the cost of your charges for cleaning carpets.
When I heard the advertisement on the radio for 3 rooms for $99 I was very excited. I am retired on a small income and my carpets were small and not too soiled. When the cleaner came he said there would be an extra charge for for deep cleaning of $35 a room and $ for carpet protector. That triples the cost of the carpet clean. $300 is not what I expected or could pay. The technician reduced some of the costs.
The cleaning was done well but I felt there had been gross false advertising. It was like we're here for $99 but to really clean you carpets it will cost a lot more.
I was disappointed with this encounter; I have used Zerorez for years and I am very familiar with your promotional's and the level 2 cleaning for pet stains. On this visit the gentleman said that the cost is $60 per spot, translating to $420! I have never paid that much before and I have this treatment done every time someone comes out. It seems there would be no resolution so I just went with the special and was done. Very disappointed after years of exceptional service.

Quoted one price by service tech, changed when I went to pay. Called to express displeasure and was provided a $50 credit towards another service. Will NOT go back. Will NOT recommend.
The technician was in and out in 30 minutes for 3 rooms of carpet and tile. After things dried, as he told us not to walk on the wet carpet, we went in. The carpet and tile showed no cleaning or improvement of any kind. I doubt any pretreat or anything was done (especially in the short span of time and result of your cleaning), this was very poor, quick, and shoddy service. I am unable to recommend you to friends and when they see my home and how your company left it, I doubt they will be able to use your service either.
After carpet is clean my hose doesn't smell like mold and dirty, service is friendly and fast.
Tallon is a great technician. I asked him to go over several spots in one room and he was very accommodating. He is every efficient, extremely polite and courteous. Carpet took about 9 hours to dry after it was treated.

I'm a realtor and I hire your team several times a year on behalf of my clients. You guys have always done a good job and i appreciate that. However, please stop with the "$99 Special" that automatically jumps to $176 as soon as I agree to book. That's dumb and misleading. Just call it what it is and quote the REAL price up front.
Loved the final product; however the tile/grout cleaning was very pricey. Would definitely recommend to a friend that could afford the services. Would like to see maybe some deals for the tile cleaning, even a percentage coupon would make me feel more inclined to get more cleaned.
