Get your pricing/advertising correct. We booked after hearing an ad on K-Jewel about 20% off if we got 3 rooms cleaned. Even verified with the person at Zerorez, scheduled the cleaning after talking with your scheduler that the 20% off deal was better than the $50 gift card offer we had rec'd. in the mail. It wasn't until Wil came out to do the job that we had complications re: cost. It eventually got resolved, but we didn't appreciate being made to feel like we were trying to get something we didn't deserve from Brad, who Wil put on the phone. Wil did a great job - the carpets look great, and this is the 2nd time we've used Zerorez and were satisfied. Even referred our neighbor to you m a few months ago, and she was happy.
the cleaning was adequate, the technician was not friendly or helpful. He came 45 minutes early and was upset when I was not ready for my appointment
It is not becaise of service. Your guy was great. Because of him I gave you a 6 instead of a 4. I would be afraid they would think you guys are way too expensive and I would be embarassed. I can't figure out why you charge so much for area rugs. It takes less work for an area rug than a whole room and costs 5 times as much.

Have the service tech give a correct assessment of the rugs BEFORE making it on the paperwork when the work is done.
The technician (Ray) was very nice and he explained the cleaning process thoroughly. However he didn't talk to me about having scotch guard, also I feel the price was pretty high to have the carpets cleaned.
Called last Friday to try and reschedule the second touch-up on 2 stains that got appreciably worse after the first cleaning. Staff was supposed to follow up on Monday for the 2nd "re-do". It's 9:00 pm Wednesday and haven't heard anything from them.
Usually Zerorez is very responsive. I hope our family room carpet isn't ruined.

The employees are courteous, explain the charges, make recommendations that you can purchase if you see fit and they are prompt. I am happy with the fast drying, the fact that no sticky residue is seen and the carpets are always clean. \We will use Zerorez again.
Andres was very efficient and I was very pleased for the second year in a row.
I paid a large amount of money to have my carpets cleaned. Because of pet stains it was recommended that the "level 2" flashing (I think is was it was called) be done.
I was told it would take about 6-8hrs for my carpet to dry. This was done Saturday afternoon. It's now Tuesday night and my carpet is still noticeably damp -and that's with 2 fans blowing on it since Saturday.
I am very happy with the results of the cleaning. There is no residue to attract future soil. I also like the fact that the technicians will talk to you about your carpeting and what you can do to help preserve it.
Technicians are very professional. Products used don't leave carpet stiff.

I like the fresh smelling and chemical free solution used. My carpet looks cleaner and seems to stay cleaner with no residue left behind. I also feel that all of the old built up residue from previous years of cleaning are being washed away.

The guy that cleaned the carpets was very nice & did a very good job & was done quickly. There was quite a bit of white residue left on the tile when it dried & and the cost was a bit more than was expected, but the job was done right & we will use you again in the future.
My carpet is wonderfully clean. Some of my worst stains were gone. I will diffently have them come back again. I loved the truck mount system too. Nice person/employee of yours. Also, was so happy they came out the same day that I called. Great job.
