professional staff and no residue
Carpet after drying was left feeling crusty. It was not raked so it dried in clumps. Does not feel soft at all and we have mid grade carpet that is only 3 years old. I was expecting no residue. Carpet has never been cleaned before so I have no idea why it does not feel clean. A lot of money spent and it was left soaking wet. Took 24 hours for some areas to dry.

Liked the fact that the service was scheduled promptly and the tech even was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. Carpet looks great, but will have to withhold final judgement. With other previous companies the carpet looked great for a few weeks after the cleaning but then high traffic areas and stains start to reappear. I want to see what happens this time.

There was a white water trail across my whole floor out the door and I could tell the technician didn't do certain areas that already looked clean. And there was depre all over the crack of the base board. Extremely disappointed, almost called and asked for a refund.
