The spots that were cleaned have not yet come back unlike other companies that have cleaned. The tech was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Will definitely spread the word about your superior service.
Your technician Brian did an excellent job in getting the carpet as clean as possible. He worked hard on some areas that needed extra attention. He also did an excellent job on the staircase. He seemed very knowledgeable about your products and services and was very friendly. I will definitely use Zerorez the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

Everything....for the first time since we moved in, the kitchen floor has stayed relatively dirt and stain free for more than a few days after cleaning....there was a big spot on the rug when we moved in and it has disappeared....my friends have seen the results and needless to say, they were similarly impressed....Zerorez is definitely the right way to clean.

There was one stain that the technician wouldn't be a problem and it is still there. The stain wasn't terribly bad and I have had stains that were darker removed by other companies.
