When I called to set up my appointment I was in a time crunch but was able to schedule a next day appointment. Our appointment was at 1pm but the technician called and was able to come a little early which worked out well. The carpets look great and the floors were dry within just a few hours, verses a few days as with previous companies. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the completed job. Will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

I liked that the guys called when they were on their way to my home. They asked me to look over the areas that were cleaned and if I approved. They re-did areas that I felt could use another run through. They were very curteous.
