Natalie gave my husband prices on the phone, but when Ben, the tech, arrived, he kept increasing Natalie's quotes. It was almost like a true "bait and switch" deal. He kept telling me that there would be an extra charge for this and for that, etc.
When some of the rugs dried, the original stains suddenly became apparent again. If Zerorez means there are no spots or residue left, that was not the case with our carpets.
We think it us up to you to tell us what you can do to make things right, not us telling you and then be given reasons why it is not possible.
Zerorez does a great job, comes out quickly after calling.
I recently bought a used sofa and loveseat at an estate sale. They are in great condition, but I could see that they were a bit dirty. Your technician did a fantastic job cleaning them and they look so much better than I could have imagined.

Spencer did an awesome job on my flooring. Carpet and tile both look brand new!! I moved to a new home (new to me) and wanted to freshen up the flooring, and WOW what a difference! Extremely friendly and professional! I highly recommend!

The use of Zerorez has preserved our carpets. We have used nothing but Zerorez on our carpets since we bought them several years ago. They have remained very nice looking and durable.

My tech Ivan was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. He left my house spotless which has not been the case with other carpet cleaning services I have used. He was personable, professional and friendly. Ivan thoroughly explained everything he was doing as well as how the Zerorez process works. He is a definite asset to this company.
