This is the 2nd time we've invited a Zerorez technician into our home. Initially we had our carpets cleaned and most recently we had our tile & grout cleaned. The difference in our carpets and in our tile & grout is amazing. Everything looks new!

The tech finished the job in exactly ten minutes. I have always been impressed with your service, but not this time. The traffic areas don't look any cleaner than before. How can 3 rooms and a hallway get cleaned in ten minutes? I commented on how quickly the job was finished and was told that it was because I had all of the furniture moved out of the way. I feel like I was ripped off.

I'm still trying to get over the final bill. I was told it would be around $200. I thought maybe it would be $300.00. But Not almost $500.00. $500.00. And there are still spots.

This time my carpets do not look as good as they have the past two times I have used you.
I tried vacuuming but still see bad streaks in my carpet and spots that were given cleaner some are real whitish.

The carpet looks wonderful! I love how soft it dried, and doesn't have that soapy feel like other companies leave on the carpet. Brad did a good job at getting some of the stains out, and worked on some tough stains.
