the gentleman who did my service was every nice and explain everything to me. I have dogs so ask about the pet spot cleaner and he answer all my questions. after all that, he told me about how long it would take. very nice and helpful.

Before the change over in ownership and policies the company was less NYC ish and were good to deal with, however the service man was very good and remind us of old school. Heb did his job in a very efficient and pleasant manner. He made us aware of various services available to us through his organization. He's a keeper and a very good worker - no BS-he did his job and was very professional. As muliple user of your service, I hope we would get him again.

We used the carpet cleaning and duct cleaning service. Everything went very smoothly and very professionally. Carpets, rugs and sofa were cleaned thoroughly. A week later duct. everything was clean and tidy quickly. Jake provided clear information and suggested several options. All the contractors were great
