Information regarding the effect cleaning can have on grout stain, ahead of time, would have been helpful.

I was refered to Zerorez by my neighbor. Mitch was very friendly and my grout is so clean, I didn't even know it was white before. He was very personable, and gave me good suggestions to help take care of my carpets in between cleanings. I like that I was able to add on additional areas once I discussed with the technician. Loved the service! Our carpets look amazing. The set up was easy and even called to let us know when they would be there.

The grout under the window in my kitchen still looks dirty like that particular strip of floor didn’t get cleaned at all (large kitchen). Pricing seems to be made up on the spot, pulled out of thin air, a discount was thrown in here and there if I’d do any extra service, etc. most upset about all the money I spent on tile cleaning to not have one area look clean.

The only downside was I thought the carpets would be drier when they were finished.

Cleaning was finished at 3:30, but it took way more than 8 hours to dry all the way.

It took about 3 hours to finish a small job. I recommend you send more than 1 employee.

The young man that came out to clean our carpets was very professional and the price was not over the top.
I have to have my carpets cleaned this weekend at another location and your services are not available there or I would use you.
I had to call Stanley Steamer.
Again I will calling again in the future when I need carpets cleaned in the future.

We have a light Commercial tile and it was very hard to clean. After cleaning we had a few places that places that showed up with better lighting. Zerorez had no question ask and came out to clean the spots. We have had other companies out and have not done this good of a job.
