The service was easy to schedule and the guys that came were excellent. They explained everything in detail and were friendly and helpful.
Zerorwz does a great job! They get clean carpets adn flooring that others cannot and stains do not "re appear" . I would highly recommend.

Not what I expected
Why do you assume I'm disappointed? I'm not disappointed at all. I'm quite satisfied actually. That was not even the question. I just don't recommend things to people one way or the other. You should change your question to "Are you satisfied with Zerorez..."
