My carpets and tile floors are clean and fresh. The technician, Jerard, was pleasant and personable. He was very careful to not track in any dirt or water by wearing covers on his shoes. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and I was not pressured to do more or add on services. Good company.

How clean Zerorez gets all my floors
Matthew was extremely nice, a hard worker and did an excellent job on our old, filthy carpet! We couldn't be more pleased.
For the second time using Zerorez we have been totally satisfied with their work. Their representative was professional and was able to change the service we had requested on the spot. Work was completed in a timely manner and to our total satisfaction. We had used another cleaning service previously and their charges were almost three times what Zerorez charged us. Will be using them again next year.

1. There was a big difference between the price quoted and the final price when the technician arrived. I was specific that there was cats in the apartment. The technician up charged me $40 per room to treat for cat smell. Why did the phone person not mention that. To me, this was bait and switch. Quote one price on the phone then try to up sell me more in person.The technician tried to sell me a sealer too. Price went from $400 to almost $1,000.
2. I was very specific about the apartment having vinyl plank flooring. I was assured that you could clean the vinyl plank flooring. The technician said that you could not and texted a picture to his boss who agreed. We wasted hour + time figuring this out.
3. The technician quoted me a price of $99 for the tile. After talking to his boss the price then changed to $129.
This was a waste of my time for being told they could do the job and could not. I was very specific about what I had and needed done. Untrained or incompetent people ate up time and money for not much in return.

Brad the technician was fast and efficient - he took extra care with our couch and carpets - we loved the fresh citrus odor afterwards!
