I was able to get a Saturday appointment because of Ms. Hurst-Marra. The lastest technician was Jacob Taylor. He arrived on time, paid close attention to detail, knowledgeable on your products and services. He was professional and above all customer service oriented.

We love that when you leave after cleaning the floors, the house doesn’t smell like wet carpet (everyone knows that awful smell).

When you leave it smells clean and hours later it still smells clean. It’s now been a week since you visited and we are loving the results and the CLEAN SMELL and especially knowing that our floors are CLEAN.
