The reason I called was because I had spilled an entire cup of coffee on new carpet. The technician felt he had gotten it removed, however by that night it started to reappear. By morning the stain was back.

Mitch cleaned our home last time, and he did such a great job, and he is very personable, so it made the experience feel like it came from a company that genuinely cares very much about its customers. Our carpets have had certain stains for years, but he figured out the formula to help lift more our stains away. My drapery looks 100 percent better almost like new and we have had it for years. They never were cleaned so the dust had interweaved with the fabric and very little sunlight penetrated the curtains. They look great now...thanks to the young gentlemen who did a great job.
