Best ever! First time customer and I will continue to use Zerorez. I had my carpets cleaned by another company 1 month ago and was told the stains wouldn’t come out. Before replacing the carpet I decided to give Zerorez a try and wow! The tech Joshua was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks brand new!! Awesome job

Even though I don’t know what products were used, they worked on my carpet. I’m very pleased with the results from shampooing. The gentleman was also very capable, knowledgeable, and caring. I would love to have him as my technician again in the future.
Zerorez did a great job. From the lady I talked with to set up service, the company staying in contact with me leading up to day they were coming. Phone call as the young man was on the way. Jacob was our technician that cleaned our carpets. Well mannered, well spoken and clean cut young man. I highly recommend this company.
