The tech who came over seemed to have higher expectations than me. He measured my carpet and informed me that I over stated the size so it was cheaper. He noticed a minor flaw that I could barely see and that was only because he could see it. Polite, professional and personable.

I have liked every Technician who has come to do the work. They have always been helpful …knowledgeable …careful with not only the carpet but with the furniture etc as well. Johnathan was my last technician. He was great …I enjoyed chat with him. He did a fabulous job on our carpet. I have been using Zerorez for several years. Will continue to use them as long as they continue to provide such great service and customer service.
