The professionalism from the time you start making your appointment to the time the job is complete. The procedure they use to clean the carpet is great. They do not use a lot of water on your carpet, but you can see the difference once the carpet is clean.

I definitely like the way Kendall conducts business. This company does various services. Kendall informs you about all of them but leaves it up to you if you want any of them or not. No pressure at all. He is a asset to the company.

Scheduling is great. Technician was awesome. Carpet looked amazing when wet but all spots showed up when dry. Not sure what is considered a realistic expectation. My dog had an accident both pee and poop. The poop was dark and runny and many spots and 1 pee location. The accident was only about 12 hours old. All stains were lighter but definitely visible after drying the next morning. I tried to work on each of them on my own today. This carpet is only 2 years old and was just cleaned by Zerorez which should have included a protection guard application but we think this room may have been forgotten at the time. Wondering if that would of helped.
