What I liked was the Customer Service. My Tech was amazing, he did an assessment of each room before he started. Then he explained the cleaning process before he started cleaning the carpet. When he finished he told me the drying time, what temperature to set the thermoset at to help dry the carpet. Who to call if I had additional questions or concerns. He was good and I felt like he loved his job. My carpet looks good. I will definitely us Zerorez again.

Angelo was our service rep and I was completely amazed at his dedication to complete the job fully and ascetically. We had 24 extra long church pews needing cleaned. Seats and back. They really needed attention and Angelo turned them white again. Every one of them. It took some time but he knocked it out of the park. Zerorez got our appointment assigned quickly and we were very happy with the results. I think our trustees are looking for a few more jobs to put them on with results like we got with Angelo. We highly recommend Zerorez!

Our technician Augie, was awesome! He did a great job, the carpets look brand new. We appreciate the amazing customer service. The final product was awesome and we are thankful for no harsh chemicals being left behind.

I'm always pleased with Zerorez, I've been using them for almost 10 years. They call ahead before they arrive, walk through to make sure they know which rooms I want done and show up on time. I have allergies and they even cut the natural citrus scent in half for me and I had no issues at all!

This was a first time I used Zerorez services for carpet cleaning. Scheduling was easy and conveniently done through website, with lots of time slots to pick from. The communication with instructions was clear. Got a timely call ahead of time from the people coming over. Once they arrived, we did a walk through the areas that needed to be cleaned, and they listened to all my concerns and explained thoroughly the process and products they are going to use. Before starting, they also confirmed the price, so there would be no surprises after. Service was completed quickly and all the concerns were addressed: spots removed, whole areas cleaned. Happy with the results and will use these services again.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest about what the result was likely to be in our high traffic areas. He offered extra services but did not pressure. And I was happy with the results.

They did a fantastic job cleaning my couch an chair . They took the time to actually do a deep cleaning. There are no harsh chemical smell after the entire cleaning. Would highly recommend
