Our technician was very informative. He described the steps he was going to take in detail. You can tell he cares about his job and is a hard worker. I did spend more than I wanted to on the cost of service. I did have to have a return trip done for my guest bedroom.
Professional technicians. Notify clients as promised, by email reminders and texts prior to arriving. They work quickly and so a good job. Gave lots of guidance on how long carpet takes to dry, and times for putting furniture back in place, when to vacuum, etc. This was our second time using Zerorez. Pleased with results both times.
