Our carpets look great! We had a stain from our dog that has been completely erased. Robbie was very pleasant and helpful.
I’ll be calling your office about something on the invoice. It says that we get a free refill of the spot remover with a paid service. We were charged $15 for a new bottle.

My basement carpeting was a total disaster after my daughter’s New Year’s Eve party. Mud stains, drink stains, other stains and more. I thought it was a lost cause and I’d have to replace the carpet. After Zerorez came the carpet looked BRAND NEW. They cleaned my large sectional as well and it looks great. Awesome awesome job!!

The person who did the work - Marino - was outstanding! He was very thorough, took time to explain the process before he started and addressed my questions and concerns.
He was responsive and professional.
He did a great job cleaning up afterwards and left me with instructions on changing filters and how frequently service should be repeated.
Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

Larry was so kind and extremely knowledgeable about all of your cleaning products and procedure! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the job he did and am SO thankful for my clean carpet! He reassured me that if any smells appear, or if I have any issues at all, he will come back to fix them. So far, there are no issues that I have found! Just fresh looking and smelling carpet! Thank you very much for all you do! I’ll will 100% recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning company :)

The service tech communicated well prior to the appointment and during the carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. He was careful with the equipment and our home furnishings.
