I loved the power infused process of cleaning my carpets with Zerorez!!! They looked and smelled so wonderful after the service man was finished. The citrus fragrance was so pleasant. I have been telling all my friends about Zerorez!!! I really love that no shampoo or harsh chemicals are used. Zerorez IS the future of cleaning carpets!!! The service man was very polite and courteous. The time it took to clean was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Zerorez again!!!

I was very disappointed this last time when he couldn't get a stain out...it's really bad and carpet will need to be replaced. Not the technicians fault at all...he certainly tried.
