I am completely satisfied with my experience with Zerorez. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and the carpet cleaning results were outstanding. Our technician was very knowledgeable, personable and did an excellent job. The only slight problem was in the timing of our appt. We were given a window of 10am - 1pm for our technician to arrive. Shortly after 1:00 someone from the office called and said he was running a little late and it would be after 3:00 before he would arrive. So therefore, we pretty much waited the entire day for him to arrive and do the job. This was not a real problem for us as we are retired and pretty much had set asided the whole day for this project but if I were still working, and my schedule was a little tighter I could see where this might be a problem for some people. Overall, my experience was great.

I liked that the product is "green" and the tech went the extra mile to make certain that he could give the carpet the best possible outcome. My grandma is nearly 80 years old and can't take care of house like she once did. The carpets were in bad shape and Andrew spent the extra time to help give them cleaning they needed. She is sick in the hospital and I wanted to surprise her when she returns and I have no doubt that she will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks and I look forward to having you clean my own personal carpets real soon.

The efficiency of the technicians, and the cleanliness of our carpets. We have light colored carpets and have had 4 teenagers heavily use the carpets. I was so surprised at how well the carpet now look. They are not perfect (wouldn't expect that with the wear and tear and years of use)but what we now have makes it feel like a new room again.

You don't use dangerous chemicals.

The area cleaned was LR, 10' hall & bedroom...all off white, had not been cleaned in 6 years due to very ill husband. The tech said he would do his best. There were a couple of areas stained from my small dog throwing up. I work full time and discovered the stains after I got home, after they had set. All stains are gone! I am so pleased. I had a stain resistant application added. I will call again.

David, the technician who cleaned our tile and carpet, was very professional and very cautious. There were a couple of stains in the walk-in closet that we did not notice until David left, they are not as clean as we would like. Could someone come back and make good on the area in the closet? Other than that we are very pleased.

I really didn't think they would be able to make my carpet look presentable again, boy was y wrong. My carpet looks brand new!

We haved used other carper cleaning services but this time our carpet is really clean and the tech was very professional and did a great job.

The service representative was prompt and explained the type of service prior to treatment. I like that the treatment was "chemical free". We were satisfied with the end result.
