The carpet is very clean but not stiff or sticky. Stains in the carpet that I thought were there for eternity came out or if not completely removed were much lighter than they were (some of these stains were soda pop and were at least 10 years old as I could never get them out). The stairs came much cleaner than I thought they would as they were probably the dirtiest part of the entire area.
Came back and redid a couple stains.
