Professionalism. The tech put on and took off those booties a dozen times. He was very careful that things were cleaner when he left than before he arrivied. He asked if he could run the hose in certain places before he just put the hose where he needed it. He is a very polite representative for the company and I have had that from others from Zerorez in the past. -- I haven't yet used the dryer, but I am convinced it will work better because he put the hose back on the dryer better than I have been able to get it on.

From the first telephone contact to the actual cleaning of carpets, the customer service was outstanding. On the second visit there is a definite improvement in the look of the carpet. The areas I was most concerned about after the first visit are substantially cleaner looking. Mike was concerned they would darken up again when the carpet fully dried but that has not been the case the areas really did not darken up much at all.

Mike was even able to lighten up some of the stains I did not think would come up at all. The carpet is not perfect and I understood it would not be it is fairly old worn by previous owners of the home but the amount of improvement I see now is about what I had hoped for the first time.

I appreciate your willingness to come back and clean the areas again it made a huge difference.
