The carpet is clean but not stiff! The workers are neat, detail minded, & very polite. They get right to the job but don't rush through the cleaning. This time Justin cleaned for me. He did a great job! He was also so particular with the non cleaning area so not to leave me with any clean up. Keep him!!!!

Removed all my stubborn spots on my carpet that I thought may be there for good. The Zerorez employee that cleaned my carpets was professional and friendly. I feel he went out of his way to make sure that my carpets were throughly cleaned and sanitized. I will ask for him the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
No residue, dried within 12 to 18 hours,looked great and nice technicians who explained things in detail. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

My couch looks brand new but I did have to ask the tech to get in between the cushions on the couch since they don't come off of the couch.
