I was happy to find a company that would come to my house and pick up an area rug, clean it, and bring it back! It is still wrapped in the paper it was delivered in because I use it only in the winter. I thought it did take an unusual amount of time to clean it, but since I didn't need it right away, it didn't matter. I would use their service again.

My name is Danielle Steele and today Caleb Kollie came out to clean our carpets. I cannot say enough how impressed my husband and I were with him. His professionalism and manners were impeccable. We have numerous vendors through a remodel with our house and running our own business we use - and by far Caleb surpassed them all. He was so polite. My husband is farmer, and he thanked him for being a farmer. I cannot tell you how much that meant to my husband. I really hope this makes it to his supervisor - as he really did just wow us!

Our carpets were pretty bad, with 3 little boys, pets, and being on a farm - I can'[t believe how well Caleb did. He recommended some different treatments and they worked great. I had to leave in middle of it and I was so impressed when I came home. We will definitely use ZeroRez again - and will request Caleb! Thank you for your time!

Jaylen was absolutely fantastic! He had a positive can-do attitude, and even though he had to return to the shop to empty the tank with only about 15 minutes of the project left - on a Saturday evening at 6PM, on a holiday weekend -- he didn't complain was an absolute pleasure. He is a true asset to your team!
