I like that the carpet is not extremely wet. I don't think I should be charged for the doorway(entryway) from our living room to the bedroom. It is just an opening and you charge me $30.00 to clean that 3x3 space. Way to much money for that small area. Please reply.

The person who cleaned the carpet, Howard, was very informative about the procedures he would be using. One carpet had had many pet incidents. He worked extra hard to eliminate the stains and odor. The house had a distinct odor but Howard helped to change it into a fresh smelling house, ready for the renters. Also, my initial appointment had to be changed and Zerorez was very accommodating.
